When a full day of mediation is expected, the rate will be $800 for two parties, based on eight (8) hours. Then 100x hour overtime rate or 50 x hour per party. Be prepared to use your debit or credit card to continue the active mediation service. See cancellation policy.
Reduced Fee Rate:
If you are having financial hardship and are unable to afford my fees, please ask for a sliding scale eligibility review to determine if you qualify for reduced or free service.
A cancellation fee of $200 or $100 each party, plus any costs; such as room reservations and accommodations directly related to providing the service, will be charged to the canceling parties for a mediation canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Otherwise, mediation fees, once paid and scheduled, are non-refundable. If the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, we will apply any funds in excess of the cancellation fees toward the rescheduled mediation. We will make every prudent effort to work with you, your client, and your schedule.
Special Client Needs:
The venues that we use for mediations are all handicap and wheelchair accessible. Please let me know if you require anything at the mediation that will make your experience a comfortable one.
These rates are introductory and are subject to increase soon, please submit your request for service today to lock in these rates. Please compare prices with other reputable mediation service providers and see for yourself.
Signed agreements to mediate completed and paid for before March 31st 2020 will be provided at 25% introductory discount fee rate.
